Initially, I like to explore a person's disability case with them over the telephone. I will evaluate your case issues and ask questions. This gives me a good idea if I am the right person to help you with your claim and it also gives you the opportunity to see if you would like me to represent you.
 
I can be reached at one of four telephone numbers. Each of the four numbers rings in my main office. The reason that I have four telephone numbers is for my clients to have a number to reach me at that is not long distance for them. These numbers are:

I will initially consult with you by telephone to make certain that I understand your case needs and how I can best help you. Then we will set a mutually convenient time for us to meet. I typically make appointments to meet with people at my handicapped accessible Mercer Island or Renton office locations. 

My office on Mercer Island is conveniently located one block off I-90. For non-rush hour appointments, this office is easily reached from downtown Seattle or Bellevue within 10 minutes. 

I am in my Renton location several times each month. This is in the Evergreen Building directly off of exit 2 on I-405. The Evergreen Building is located on Grady Way, between the Holiday Inn and the Renton Theatres.

Alternative ways to establish my representation. Depending upon a client's disability, there may also be times when I am able to represent you most effectively initially through telephone interviews and mail correspondence, or by traveling directly to your home to complete our paperwork, or by meeting with you in a central location. For instance, I have met with clients at a local Starbucks that is adjacent to a physical therapy office in order to save a trip out of the house. I live with a disabled person, so I realize traveling to my office may not be the best, or easiest, option in every case.
